The authors

Hugues Fulchiron is a special advisor at the French Court of Cassation (Cour de cassation). He is a professor at French universities and an honorary member of the Institut universitaire de France.

Laurent Eck is a lecturer in law at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University. He is Deputy Dean in charge of international and European relations.

Laure Sauvé is lecturer in law at the University of Essex, United Kingdom.

Etienne Durand is lecturer in law at the University of Essex, United Kingdom.
