Fisher and Lightwood’s Law of Mortgage, 4th edition

Fisher & Lightwood’s has been held as the most detailed and comprehensive book on mortgages since its first publication in 1856. It has been followed by 13 editions in England, and was first published in Australia in 1995. Since then, it has become the leading Australian work on mortgages.
