The Hon Kevin Lindgren AM KC FAAL was a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia from 1994 to 2010 and President of the Copyright Tribunal of Australia from 2000 to 2007. He is a Conjoint Professor of Law at The University of Newcastle, and an Adjunct Professor of Law at The University of Sydney and The University of Technology Sydney. He was the President of the Australian Academy of Law from 2011 to 2020 and continues on the Board of Directors of the Academy. Dr Lindgren is the author, co-author or editor of several books, numerous journal articles.
Dr Natalie Cujes served as a Registrar of the Federal Court of Australia between 2000 and 2009. She is currently a legal academic with UNSW Canberra (at ADFA), a legal practitioner and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law (University of Canberra). Dr Cujes holds appointments to several Law Council of Australia committees, including two concerned with federal litigation, and is the author of Litigation in the Federal Court (LexisNexis, 2015).
