The set consists of 38 one-volume monographs covering various areas of business law, with a special slant towards in-house counsel (although many law firms also subscribe). Each volume provides a handy desk reference that will answer an attorney's basic questions about the subject. If further research is necessary, ample references to case law and statutes will help the lawyer get started. Each volume combines treatise material with relevant forms and primary source.
