Congratulations on your recognition in the LexisNexis® 40 UNDER 40 and/or the ELITE Awards 2026.

Every winner receives complimentary recognition at no cost. The Winner's Packages on this page are optional. They include a physical award trophy, individual publicity, and the option to attend the award ceremony in Hong Kong in Q4 2026.

What every Winner's Package includes:

• A physical award trophy for each award you have won
• An individual profile page on the awards website, announcing the award(s) you have won
• An individual social media post, announcing the award(s) you have won
• Firm or organisation logo listing as a Supporting Partner of the LexisNexis In-House Legal and Compliance Conference 2026

How to choose your package:

1. How many awards did you win? Your winner notification email lists each award you have won. The following each count as one award:

·       40 UNDER 40 Local List

·       40 UNDER 40 Asia List

·       ELITE Award – Individual

·       ELITE Award – Team

2. Select the package matching that number. One Award, Two Awards, or Three Awards. You will receive one trophy for each award, plus one profile page and one social media post announcing the award(s) you have won.
3. Attending the ceremony? Choose Option B, which includes one Award Ceremony Ticket. Otherwise choose Option A.

Examples of what to select:

•         Won (1) the 40 UNDER 40 Asia List and (2) the ELITE Individual Award, and will not be attending the ceremony:

o   1 x Two Awards – Option A

•         Won (1) the 40 UNDER 40 Asia List and (2) the 40 UNDER 40 Local List, and will be attending the ceremony:

o   1 x Two Awards – Option B

•         Won (1) the ELITE Team Award only, and will not be attending the ceremony:

o   1 x One Award – Option A

•         Won (1) the 40 UNDER 40 Local List, (2) the 40 UNDER 40 Asia List, and (3) the ELITE Individual Award, and will be attending the ceremony:

o   1 x Three Awards – Option B

General Notes

•    Complimentary for all winners: regional publicity, a group photo feature on the awards website, and inclusion in the consolidated winner announcement post.

•    Publicity placements apply only to the LexisNexis channels relevant to your award, that is (1) Chinese Mainland, (2) Hong Kong, or (3) Southeast Asia. For example, 40 UNDER 40 Local List winners are featured on the channel for their own region only.

•    Ceremony attendees are asked to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

•    The logo listing is optional and subject to your firm or organisation's approval. Winners are asked to secure internal permission and confirm this in writing.

•    Winner's Package fees are non-refundable.
