Neal Armstrong, LL.B., C.A., is a Partner with Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP and has been a member of the Ontario Bar since 1984. He was a sessional lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School and has written and lectured on numerous occasions for various organizations.
The Honourable Roger T. Hughes, K.C., B.Sc., LL.B., was a preeminent figure in the legal community for over 50 years.
While in private practice, Mr. Hughes appeared as counsel in all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, in a large number of precedent-setting cases. Appointed to the Federal Court in 2005, Justice Hughes served with distinction until his retirement in 2016.

Susan J. Peacock, LL.B., was called to the Ontario Bar in 1980 and practised in the film and television industry. She was Vice-President of the Copyright Collective of Canada and the Canadian Motion Pictures Distributors Association.
