Product description
The coronavirus pandemic has caused many parties to contracts to rely on the force majeure provisions of their contracts to excuse performance. Many businesses have been forced to close, often by government order, for the short term, and it is likely that a certain percentage will not reopen. Most attorneys have likely not dealt with these issues before. To assist your practice, Force Majeure: Forms, Clauses, Drafting and Analysis provides over 100 forms containing hundreds of clauses including updated and revised force majeure clauses, all of which were included to assist you when drafting contracts during—and after—the pandemic. Forms provided cover real estate and real property; sales of goods/personal services; business entities; intellectual property; and internet and software related agreements.
