Clarice Chan began her legal career in litigation in Melbourne, Australia. Upon her return she was called to the Malaysian and Sarawak Bar, and continues to practice extensively in civil, commercial and criminal litigation to this day. She has appeared in all tiers of the Malaysian Courts, and maintains a keen interest in public interest affairs.
