Tan Min Lee focuses on dispute resolution in her practice at Gan Partnership, particularly arbitration in commercial and construction disputes since she embarked on her career as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Having represented various stakeholders in a wide range of disputes, she is very adept at resolving disputes arising from the construction industry and advising on the commercial aspects of commercial projects. Min Lee is on the panel of adjudicators for the Asian International Arbitration Centre.

Foo Joon Liang co-founded Gan Partnership in 2011. Joon Liang is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), United Kingdom and the Chairman of CIArb (Malaysia). He sits on the panel of arbitrators and adjudicators of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and is one of the first ten Malaysian appointees to the panel of arbitrators of the Hainan International Arbitration Court. Joon Liang has spent the past 20 years building upon an active dispute resolution practice in arbitration, litigation, and adjudication. He regularly appears as a counsel at all levels of the Malaysian courts as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. Joon Liang has advised and acted in a broad spectrum of disputes, from engineering, construction, power, contract, securities, to company and shareholder disputes.

Gan Khong Aik is a founder and dispute resolution partner of Gan Partnership. Khong Aik was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1995. He has been in active litigation practice and appearing as a lead counsel since his admission 25 years ago. His areas of expertise cover corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency and liquidation, land and property disputes, crisis and risk management, and employment and industrial relations. Khong Aik is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), United Kingdom, an arbitrator with an international arbitration court in China, and a mediator with the Malaysian Mediation Centre.
