Nik Azahani Nik Mohamed received M. Ed (Curriculum & Instruction), LL.B (Hons) and LL.B Shariah (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D (Law) at Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws. Her special interests in teaching and research in law subjects include: Education Law, Contract Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Islamic Laws and Islamic Banking and Finance Law. She has presented several papers at local and international conferences and published several articles in law journals. She has been an educator since 2001

Dr. Mohamed Ishak Abdul Hamid received Ph. D (Law), M. Ed (Curriculum & Instruction), LL.B (Hons) from the IIUM, B.A (Hons) from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Cert. Ed. (Merit/General), Cert. Developmental Guidance from Institute of Education, University of Singapore. He is also a certified Mediator having obtained his Certificate in Mediation from the Accord Group, Australia and the Malaysian Association of Syarie Lawyers and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of UK and empanelled as a Mediator and Arbitrator with the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Multimedia University Malaysia, lecturing in Law of Contracts, Jurisprudence and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has conducted several trainings and seminars in the area of education, quality assurance, legal risk management, mediation and arbitration to local and international corporations and governmental organizations.
