Ch’ng Li-Ling heads RHTLaw Asia LLP’s Financial Services (Regulatory) and Technology Practice and co-leads its Sustainability Practice. Previously heading the firm’s Capital Markets Practice, she has been deeply involved in all legal aspects of the practice of corporate finance in both public and private markets. Li-Ling is Council Member of RHT G.R.A.C.E. Mr Tan Chong Huat is the Senior Partner and one of the founding members of RHTLaw Taylor Wessing. Besidesbeing Managing Partner of the Firm, he also heads the Firm’s Banking and Finance Practice, and Capital Markets Practice. His extensive experience as a leading finance and corporate lawyer, reputation as a leading practitioner and dedicated law professor have made Chong Huat the trusted go-to expert for corporate leaders and major corporates in the region and internationally.

Dr Tan Lay Hong is Senior Legal Counsel to RHTLaw Taylor Wessing, capital markets and securities practice. She had taught Company Law and Corporate Governance at Nanyang Business School, NTU. She researches extensively on Corporate Governance, Company Law and Chinese Business Law and has published in top tier journals such as the International and Comparative Law Quarterly, the Journal of Corporate Law Studies and the Australian Law Journal. In addition, she has published three books on Corporate Governance and one book on Chinese Business Law. She has been invited as a speaker and panelist in many seminars and conferences on Corporate Governance and Ethics.
