Farhana Sharmeen has over 20 years’ experience as a corporate transactional lawyer with special focus on public M&A, finance and funds, and interests in real estate, financial institutions, entrepreneurs and luxury goods. She has contributed to various publications including the Halsbury’s Laws of Singapore (Volume 17 on Securities), the Takeover and Mergers chapter of Woon’s Corporations Law and the Singapore chapter of Mergers & Acquisitions (Global Legal Insights). Farhana is qualified to practice in Singapore, England and Wales, and New South Wales. She currently sits on the Expert Ppanel of the Centre for Cross-Border Commercial Law in Asia, Singapore Management University, and is an adjunct lecturer at the SMU School of Law and a tutor at the Singapore Institute of Legal Education.
