A Practical Guide to Probate: Letters of Administration (eBook)

The Practical Guide series is primarily a reference tool for lawyers and inhouse legal officers on specific technical areas of legal practice. Each title provides succinct statements of law to make a quick handy guide to a particular area of practice available to busy lawyers. Each title in the series will have four divisions that cross-refer to various parts within each division and between each division. They are Letters of Probate and Letters of Administration. We are pleased to present A Practical Guide to Probate: Letters of Administration, the second title in the series. This title presents the step by step guide to the procedure of inheritance laws in cases of intestacy. Court forms and the relevant legislation are reproduced in Division II and Division III respectively, the latter with annotation for the readers' easy reference.
