Laura Fetter is the Director of Innovation at Fasken. She is actively engaged in charting the firm’s future by overseeing and ensuring the success of various innovation initiatives the firm has undertaken, including knowledge management strategy. She is active in the legal knowledge management community in Toronto and is a member of the Toronto Legal KM Group. Previously, Laura was a member of the firm's Business Law section. She was engaged in a broad corporate/commercial practice, including involvement in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate finance transactions for both public and private companies. She also advised clients with respect to corporate reorganizations, corporate governance matters and continuous disclosure materials. In 2010, she participated in a secondment to Ford Credit Canada Limited where she worked with its general counsel on a variety of legal matters.

Gary S.A. Solway is a senior partner in the Toronto office of Bennett Jones LLP. Gary’s business law practice focuses on corporate development transactions, primarily for technology and media based business.

As a member of the Bennett Jones LLP Corporate Governance & Director Protection Group, Gary advises boards, directors, directors’ committees and management on corporate and risk management issues, including roles and responsibilities of the board, strategic transactions and director protection.
