Paul V. Lomic, B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., LL.B., is an intellectual property and litigation lawyer at Lomic Law. His practice is focused on resolving intellectual property and commercial disputes. He is a Certified Specialist in Intellectual Property Law (Trademark) by the Law Society of Ontario, Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Artificial Intelligence Taskforce and is a Fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.

Susan J. Peacock, LL.B., was called to the Ontario Bar in 1980 and practised in the film and television industry. She was Vice-President of the Copyright Collective of Canada and the Canadian Motion Pictures Distributors Association. She is an author of Hughes on Copyright and Industrial Design, Second Edition and Copyright Legislation & Commentary (annual edition), was a contributor to Halsbury's Laws of Canada – Copyright, and was a founding editor of Canadian Forms and Precedents – Information Technology & Entertainment, all published by LexisNexis Canada.

Tara Parker is a senior associate in the Entertainment Group of Goodmans LLP. Her practice focuses on representing major U.S. and Canadian studios, broadcasters, independent producers, literary, artistic and business clients, in all aspects of the development, production, financing, licensing and distribution of film, television, book publishing, theatrical, music, and new media projects.

As an associate of Goodmans LLP, Jaclyn Seidman has a diverse practice that includes the areas of entertainment law, mergers and acquisitions law, corporate and securities law. Her entertainment practice focuses on the representation of clients in the film, television, theatre, publishing and new media industries. Jaclyn is also a member of Goodmans' Intellectual Property Group advising on trademark law and in particular, trade-mark prosecution and enforcement.

Robert Percival is Co‑Chair of Ogilvy Renault's technology law practice team. His practice is devoted to commercial transactions involving information technology and e‑commerce. Currently he is the Co-Chair of the Canadian IT Law Association's Outsourcing Committee and an Executive Committee Member of the Ontario Bar Association Information Technology and E-Commerce Law Section.

Bruce Stratton has been a partner of Dimock Stratton LLP since 1994. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987, and since then has practiced intellectual property law with a concentration on the areas of IP litigation in the Federal Court of Canada and software patents.
