National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP)
For veterans service officers, attorneys, claims agents, or anyone interested in veterans’ benefits law, LexisNexis and NVLSP provide the essential resources you need.
Since 1981, the National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) has been an independent, nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for active-duty military personnel and veterans. NVLSP is committed to ensuring that the United States honors its promise to the 18 million veterans and active-duty personnel by securing the benefits they have rightfully earned through their service.
NVLSP has a proven track record of representing veterans in critical lawsuits, holding the VA and military services accountable when they have unlawfully denied benefits. These efforts have led to the recovery of more than $5.4 billion in disability, death, and medical benefits for hundreds of thousands of veterans and their families.
