This single volume is a practical guide to the administration of decedents' estates in Massachusetts. The law governing decedents' estates in Massachusetts experienced the greatest single change in its history on March 31, 2012, when the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code became effective with respect to decedents' estates. Many of the applicable General Laws were repealed in whole or in part, and an enormous body of case law interpreting those statutes became either irrelevant or of uncertain continuing application. This new edition has been completely revised to reflect the new system and contains more than 70 filled-in forms
