Canadian Estate Administration Guide

Ian M. Hull, B.A. (Hons.), LL.B., is a Certified Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law and Civil Litigation, a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Mr. Hull was called to the Bar in 1990, and co-founded Hull & Hull with his father, Rodney Hull, in 1998. He also maintains a mediation practice through Hull Estate Mediation Inc., and is a frequent lecturer and author of numerous articles and publications specializing in estate law issues.

Jennifer Greenan, B.Sc., LL.B. is a research lawyer specializing in estates and pensions and benefits. Since her admission to the Ontario bar, she has worked as in-house counsel for a software development company and as an estate and tax planning consultant for an insurance company. For the last several years she has worked as the primary contributing writer for the Canadian Estate Administration Guide and the Canadian Employment Benefits and Pension Guide. She is the author of four editions of The Executor's Handbook and the author of The Handbook of Canadian Pension and Benefit Plans, 12th Edition. Jennifer currently resides in Ontario.
