Alan B. Rashkind is a member of the firm of Furniss, Davis, Rashkind and Saunders, P.C. of Norfolk, Virginia. His practice centers around personal injury law and concentrates on insurance defense. He regularly represents numerous insurers as well as self-insureds. Rashkind is a frequent lecturer on insurance law topics, and is a member of the American, Federal, Virginia, Norfolk-Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach Bar Associations; the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association; and the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.

R. Craig Gallagher received his Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. He joined Furniss, Davis, Rashkind and Saunders, P.C. in 1989. He has written and lectured on insurance law, litigation, and municipal law topics, and has authored articles in The Journal of Civil Litigation and Va. C.L.E. publications. Mr. Gallagher has earned peer recognition, listed in The Best Lawyers in America, and holds an AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®. He is a litigator who specializes in insurance law, coverage analysis, and the representation of insurers, insureds, and municipal entities. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, the Local Government Attorneys of Virginia, the American Bar Association, the Norfolk-Portsmouth Bar Association and the Virginia Beach Bar Association.
