Joshua P. Graham is Head of IP Licensing at DivX, LLC. For 15 years, he has worked as a patent attorney both in-house and at law firm, successfully developing, protecting, and leveraging patent portfolios worldwide. He was also a Senior Editor for IDEA: The Intellectual Property Law Review, and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Steven J. McAuliffe, Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Mr. Graham is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center).

Thomas G. Marlow is a registered Patent Attorney and President of Black Hills IP Renewals, providing global patent renewal services and analytics. He also serves as Chief Technology Officer at Black Hills IP, managing the development of technical and process based solutions to improve the handling of intellectual property. Previously, as Director of Intellectual Property at Fairchild Semiconductor, Mr. Marlow managed worldwide product line and business unit patent strategy, enforcement, and procurement. This work included generating a strong intellectual property portfolio around Fairchild’s technology focus areas. Additional private practice patent work has included drafting, prosecution and analysis of a wide range of technologies with the Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner firm.

Mason R. Carr is a registered Patent Attorney at Pierce Atwood, LLP. He focuses his practice on drafting and prosecuting software-based patent applications. He has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the following technology areas: machine-learning algorithms, speech processing, image processing, user experience (UX) interfaces, cloud computing, and network communications. Mr. Carr is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center), where he was a Senior Editor for IDEA: The Intellectual Property Law Review.
