The book is oriented toward an exposition of the statutory and case materials with additional commentary, brief examples or illustrations, forms, checklists, and references in footnotes to additional or expanded source material. The reader will ?nd reliance on case law from Delaware since the Oklahoma General Corporation Act is based on Delaware corporation law.
