North Carolina Appellate Practice and Procedure

Beth Scherer is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Appellate Practice who devotes her entire practice to federal and state appeals. Beth has extensive experience helping clients with appeals, as well as advising other attorneys on matters involving appellate practice and procedures. Beth is a member and former chair of the North Carolina Bar Association's Appellate Rules Committee, which recommends changes to the North Carolina Rules of Appellate Procedure to the Supreme Court. Beth is also a former chair (and founding member of) the North Carolina State Bar's Appellate Practice Specialization Committee. While Beth has a well-known passion for fostering excellence in the field of appellate practice and procedure, her greatest joy is raising three kids with her husband of 15 years.
