Brian is a seasoned employment and benefits law counselor and trial lawyer who represents companies, partnerships, and executives in a broad range of employment, contract, commercial litigation, and arbitration matters. Brian is a Partner and Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild LLP’s Life, Health, Disability & ERISA Litigation Practice, a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Department, and a member of the firm’s International Practice. Well versed in international legal matters, Brian works with multinational companies on setting up, maintaining, and coordinating international law firm networks to address a variety of cross-border legal issues. In addition to his work on behalf of companies and partnerships, Brian regularly represents C-level and other senior executives in connection with various executive contract matters. Neil is an experienced labor and employment attorney who counsels businesses and executives on workplace and benefits issues and helps clients resolve employment disputes and litigation. Neil is a Partner in the Labor & Employment Department of Fox Rothschild LLP. He has provided practical, business-oriented legal advice to U.S. and multinational companies and executives on everyday labor, employment and ERISA/benefits issues and litigation for more than three decades. His extensive experience includes employment litigation, executive agreements, due diligence, ERISA withdrawal liability, internal investigations, sexual harassment, restrictive covenants, unfair competition and trade secrets, wage and hour law, arbitration, disability discrimination and reasonable accommodation, wrongful discharge and advancement and indemnification of corporate officers and directors.
Neil is also a frequent author and speaker, offering practical advice to employers navigating the complex employment law landscape.

Jayne S. Ressler is an Associate Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School. She received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, her B.S. from The Wharton School, and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to entering academia, Professor Ressler worked in Big Law, practicing litigation. Professor Ressler has written extensively about civil procedure matters, and she is a leading expert on anonymous plaintiffs. She currently teaches course in Civil Procedure and Professional Responsibility. She has previously taught courses in Employment Discrimination and New York Civil Practice, among others. Professor Ressler served as the Interim Director of the Legal Writing Program at Brooklyn Law School. She is also a Visiting Associate Professor at Columbia Law School. Professor Ressler has been quoted in leading publications, such as The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, The Daily Beast, Law 360, and The Wall Street Journal. Her law review article entitled “Workplace Anonymity” was featured in Worklaw Jotwell’s: Journal of Things We Like (Lots). Professor Ressler was voted Professor of the Year in 2020-2021, and 1L Professor of the Year in 2023-2024, and 2024-2025.
