Mr. Young practices law primarily in Chicago, Illinois, and he is also licensed to practice law in Florida and the District of Columbia. He attended the University of Illinois Commerce School and Law School and served as Illinois Securities Commissioner from 1953 to 1955, and as Assistant Secretary of State of Illinois from 1955 to 1958. He has contributed articles from time to time to the Illinois Bar Journal on such subjects as the Illinois Securities Law, Proxy Fights, and the Illinois Motor Vehicle Code. He has written chapters in Illinois Continuing Legal Education publications including: Closely Held Corporations, Organizing and Advising Illinois Businesses, and Securities Law. He has also lectured at various CLE seminars on various tax, corporate, and securities law subjects. He served as a United States Representative in the 93rd Congress of the United States. Mr. Young is associated with the firm of Wildman, Harrold, Allen, Dixon & McDonnell in Chicago.

Mr. Dale is a Certified Indiana Estate Planning and Administration Specialist. He is an attorney, a principal member of the Indianapolis law firm of Dale & Eke, Professional Corporation, and Certified Public Accountant (Inactive). He received his law degree from Indiana University, Indianapolis Law School. He has lectured in numerous educational programs on taxation, including programs sponsored by Purdue University, the Indiana Bar Association, the Indiana CPA Society and the then American College of Charter Life Underwriters. He is the Indiana practice consultant for Matthew Bender's Midwest Transaction Guide, a member of the Board of Reviewers and a contributing author to Matthew Bender's Indiana Estate Planning and Probate Practice, and has contributed articles to various other tax and professional publications. Mr. Dale is a member of the American, Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations (Chairman of Income Tax Section of Indianapolis Bar Association - 1991), the Indiana CPA Society and the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis (President - 2008). In 1985, he was elected a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. In 1997, he was elected to the American College of Tax Counsel. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and a Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, where he teaches a seminar in Business and Estate Planning. He is listed in Indiana Super Lawyers.

Mr. Gourwitz received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Wayne State University in 1972. He also received a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University and has specialized in the practice of personal and business tax law, estate and financial planning, business planning, real estate and sports and entertainment law. Mr. Gourwitz is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, The Financial and Estate Planning Council of Detroit, and the Sports Lawyers Association. Mr. Gourwitz is a Fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation.

Mr. Barr received his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University in 1972. He has also received the designation of Certified Financial Planner. Mr. Barr's practice is concentrated in the areas of estate and financial planning, real estate and business law and planning. Mr. Barr is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Financial and Estate Planning Council, the Commercial Arbitrator Panel of the American Arbitration Association and the Technology Law and Training Advisory Board of the Michigan Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Barr is a Fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation.
