Albert S. Barr, III is a graduate of Princeton University and the School of Law at Rutgers University where he was managing editor of the Rutgers Law Review. He has chaired the Section of Taxation, the Section of Estate and Trust Law, and the Special Committee on Mental Retardation and the Law, of the Maryland State Bar Association. He is also active in the Section of Taxation, Economics of Law Practice, and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Barr is with Barr & Mitchell of Baltimore.

A. Mac Donough Plant is a practicing Attorney in Baltimore. He is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Virginia Law School, where he was on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review. Mr. Plant has been Chairman of the Section of Estate and Trust Law of the Maryland State Bar Association and is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the Section of Taxation and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law of the American Bar Association. Mr. Plant is a member of the Baltimore firm of Stewart, Plant & Blumenthal.

Adena W. Testa is of counsel to the firm of Stewart, Plant & Blumenthal in Baltimore. She is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland School of Law, where she was co-chair of the Moot Court Board. Mrs. Testa is currently Chair of the Section of Estate and Trust Law of the Maryland State Bar Association. Mrs. Testa is an adjunct professor of the University of Maryland School of Law, teaching Estates and Trusts and the Estate Planning Seminar.
