F. Lawrence Street is a partner in the technology practice group of Morris, Manning, & Martin, LLP of Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Street represents computer companies, providing legal services in such areas as licensing, Internet and on-line agreements, distribution, intellectual property, copyrights, corporate finance and venture capital. His practice is primarily focused on software and Internet computer law. Mr. Street is a frequent speaker on topics concerning Internet, on-line and other computer and technology law.

Prior to law school, Mr. Grant earned Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Wake Forest University, where he wrote his Master's thesis about the emerging area of conflicts that arise through computer-mediated communication, such as Internet email.
