Immigration Year in Review examines the most significant developments in U.S. immigration law during 2025. Because this was the first year of a new administration's term in office, the review covers a broad range of presidential directives, executive orders, administrative rules, administrative decisions and court decisions affecting key areas of immigration law.

Developed during a period of significant legal and policy change, this resource analyzes presidential proclamations, agency policy directives and federal court litigation that shaped immigration law throughout the year.
