Michael J. Killeen is a partner in the Seattle, Washington office of Davis Wright Tremaine. His practice includes counseling and representing clients in employment law litigation and administrative proceedings. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and is a member of the ABA Committee on Occupational Safety and Health. He received his undergraduate degree and law degree from Gonzaga University, where he graduated with honors and was editor-in-chief of the law review, as well as a member of the Order of Barristers. He has written and lectured extensively on employment law.
