Robert J. Grace, Jr. joined Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace in September 2012. His areas of practice include civil trial practice, workers’ compensation and general insurance defense. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is active in the Florida Bar, where he was a committee member of the Clients’ Security Fund from 1997 to 2003, serving as Vice-Chairman during 2002-2003. He served on the Executive council of the Florida Bar workers’ Compensation Section from 2012-2015. He is also a member of the Trial Lawyers and Workers’ Compensation Sections of the Florida Bar. He is active in the Florida Defense Lawyers’ Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is "AV" Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was recognized by Florida Trend Magazine as part of Florida’s Legal Elite and by Tampa Bay Magazine as a top lawyer. Lyle C. Platt has specialized in worker's compensation law for over 30 years. Mr. Platt's practice is directed to the defense of employers and insurance carriers with a specialty in representing public entity employers. Mr. Platt received his Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 1985 and his Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors from Northeastern University in 1973. Mr. Platt is admitted to the Florida Bar, United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Platt became Florida Bar certified as a specialist in worker's Compensation in 1999. Mr. Platt has lectured extensively to employers and insurance carriers regarding the Florida Worker’s Compensation Law with particular emphasis on the Florida Heart/Lung Bill and the Drug Free Work Place. Mr. Platt is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

John J. Dubreuil devoted more than thirty-five years to the insurance industry specializing in claims and Florida workers' compensation. He began his career as a field investigator and adjuster and held senior management positions with third party administrators, managing general agencies and commercial insurance carriers. In addition, he served as a consultant and as an expert witness in workers' compensation related litigation. Mr. Dubreuil was a graduate of Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he earned a B.A. degree in business management. In addition he earned the professional designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) from the American Institute for Property and Liability Underwriters Inc. He also earned the professional designations of Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Claims (AIC) from the Insurance Institute of America. He was Board Certified in workers' compensation claims, and in 1994 the Workers' Compensation Claims Professionals Association named him Florida's Claims Professional of the Year. Mr. Dubreuil was licensed by the State of Florida as an all lines insurance adjuster and general lines insurance agent, and previously as a surplus lines insurance agent. He was a member and past chairman of the Administrative Advisory Committee to the Division of Workers' Compensation. Mr. Dubreuil was a former member of the Florida Statewide Judicial Nominating Commission for judges of compensation claims, and had been certified as a mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. Mr. Dubreuil was a member of the Larson's National Workers' Compensation Advisory Board.
