The second edition of Constitutional Law: Cases, Approaches, and Applications is a succinct and careful presentation of canonical constitutional law cases and important constitutional law statements from the political branches. • Relatively longer excerpts of relatively fewer cases, carefully edited to preserve citations to relevant precedent. • For the second edition, reorganized and expanded treatment of areas where the Supreme Court has issued significant opinions moving the law, including the separation of powers (the non-delegation doctrine, presidential immunities, and the removal power), the right to abortion, sex equality, and state action. The second edition accomplishes this while increasing the book's length only slightly.
