Mr. Peistrup’s practice focuses on intellectual property law, including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secrets, together with related areas of data privacy, cybersecurity, and breach response. He has extensive experience developing and managing intellectual property portfolios, including overseeing patent strategy and litigation, and has particular expertise in anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting strategy and enforcement. His work spans the protection and enforcement of rights across film, television, music, publishing, technology, and consumer products. Mr. Peistrup has served as General Counsel to companies operating in the intellectual property counseling, online brand protection, anti-piracy, and anti-fraud services sectors, where his practice has centered on intellectual property protection, portfolio strategy, enforcement, and risk at scale.

Dr. King’s practice focuses on both domestic and international patent prosecution, with particular depth in biotechnology and life sciences. Her work covers technologies involving molecular biology, immunology, virology, diagnostics, medical devices, therapeutics, small molecules, and pharmaceuticals. In addition to patent prosecution, Dr. King represents clients in opposition and infringement matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, federal courts, and the International Trade Commission, and handles Inter Partes Reviews before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
