Aviation Accident Law

Lee S. Kreindler was the senior partner at Kreindler & Kreindler in New York City, where he specialized in litigating general, commercial, and military aviation accident cases since 1954. His first edition of Aviation Accident Law was published in 1963. Mr Kreindler was a past President and Dean of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, former Chairman of the Aviation Litigation Committee of the ABA TIPS Section, former Chairman of the Aviation Law Section of ATLA. He was a frequent lecturer on aviation law, the Warsaw Convention and other related topics. Mr. Kreindler was a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his law degree from Harvard Law School in 1949. He was admitted to practice law in New York.

Marc S. Moller is a partner at Kreindler & Kreindler, specializing in aviation law and complex tort litigation. He has served as Chairman of the Aviation and Space Law Committee of the ABA TIPS Section and of the Aviation Committee of the New York State Bar Association and has been a frequent lecturer on aviation topics.
