Art of Advocacy: Jury Selection

Ward Wagner, Jr. is President of the firm of Wagner, Johnson & McAfee, P.A, in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is Immediate Past President of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, a Past President, Vice President, and Member of the Board of Governors of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and a lifetime Honorary Trustee of the Roscoe Pound-ATLA Foundation. Mr. Wagner is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the International Society of Barristers. He served on the Board of Overseers of the Institute of Civil Justice and is now an honorary member of that body. He was on the Board of Governors of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and is a member of the Florida and American Bar Associations. Mr. Wagner was a contributing author to Anatomy of a Personal Injury Lawsuit, the basic trial advocacy handbook published by ATLA, a contributing author to Masters of Trial Practice, and is a lecturer at numerous ATLA seminars. He received his RS./B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Florida.
