Ashley L. Case is a Shareholder at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. in Phoenix, Arizona, where she practices in the areas of estate planning, tax, and probate and trust administration. Ashley is a Board-Certified Specialist in Estate and Trust law, a designation issued by the State Bar of Arizona to attorneys who have demonstrated an understanding and advanced knowledge of complex issues from federal and state gift and generation-skipping tax to probate administration. Ashley earned her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and graduated with her Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law with a concentration on estate planning. In addition, she is certified as an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC).

She volunteers her time to a number of boards, namely, the Maricopa County Bar Association, Central Arizona Estate Planning Council, and Ballet Arizona.

Ashley has presented multiple continuing legal education programs before the State Bar of Arizona and Maricopa County Bar Association, including a variety of estate planning and tax topics. In addition to speaking, Ashley also writes about tax and estate planning. She has co-authored an article for the NAEPC Journal of Estate & Tax Planning ("CCA 202152018: Lessons for a Multi-Disciplinary, Collaborative Approach to Planning") and she has been featured twice as a guest author by Forbes.com ("Love & Marriage: What’s Tax Got to Do with It?" and "Taxing Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady").
