Bradley Wyatt is a partner in the Dickinson Wright’s Corporate Practice Group and the head of the firm’s Transactions Division which houses 180 lawyers across the firm’s transactional disciplines. Mr. Wyatt specializes in corporate and securities law. He regularly advises companies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance matters and general contracting. Mr. Wyatt also has extensive experience representing both public and private companies in corporate finance and securities matters and has helped numerous clients secure additional capital through public and private debt and equity financings. Mr. Wyatt takes pride in helping clients create cost effective solutions for meeting their compliance obligations in a manner that helps foster growth. Mr. Wyatt taught a course on Private Equity as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan Law School from 2013-2021 before he and his family relocated to Arizona. He resides in Mesa, Arizona with his wife Corie and their five children.
