Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo has tertiary qualifications and professional registration covering every phase of development, planning, architecture, construction, law and arbitration. As Director of Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration/Asian International Arbitration Centre from 2010 to 2018, he set up from scratch the statutory adjudication scheme under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 including adjudicator certification and accreditation programmes. He is re-appointed the role effective from 16 March 2023 for a two-year term (2023-2025).

 

Leong Hong Kit is a managing partner at MAC Consultant International, a construction claim consultancy firm based in Malaysia and UAE. He specializes in construction claim management and alternative dispute resolution where he regularly acts for party in adjudication proceedings under CIPAA 2012 and arbitration proceedings.

 

Cindy Wong Xien Yee is an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. She set up her own legal practice of Messrs. Wong Xien Yee in 2017,

primarily focusing on construction contract management, contract advisory and construction dispute resolutions including arbitration, fast track arbitration, mediation, dispute adjudication board (DAB) and CIPAA adjudication.
