Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo has tertiary qualifications and professional registration covering every phase of development, planning, architecture, construction, law and arbitration. As Director of Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration/Asian International Arbitration Centre from 2010 to 2018, he set up from scratch the statutory adjudication scheme under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 including adjudicator certification and accreditation programmes. He is re-appointed the role effective from 16 March 2023 for a two-year term (2023-2025).

He specializes in construction claim management and alternative dispute resolution where he regularly acts for party in adjudication proceedings under CIPAA 2012 and arbitration proceedings.
