Subscribers receive the product(s) listed on the Order Form and any Updates made available during the annual subscription period. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the annual price.
Subscribers are advised of the number of Updates that were made to the particular publication the prior year. The number of Updates may vary due to developments in the law and other publishing issues, but subscribers may use this as a rough estimate of future shipments. Subscribers may cancel this subscription by: calling Customer Support at 800-833-9844; emailing customer.support@lexisnexis.com; or returning the invoice marked "CANCEL".
If subscribers cancel within 30 days after the product is ordered or received and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a full credit of the price for the annual subscription.
If subscribers cancel between 31 and 60 days after the invoice date and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a 5/6th credit of the price for the annual subscription. No credit will be given for cancellations more than 60 days after the invoice date. To receive any credit, subscriber must return all product(s) shipped during the year at their expense within the applicable cancellation period listed above.
The total price includes the product(s) listed in the Order Form and any Updates for a limited period (minimum period of 30 days) after the order is placed ("Order Window"). Shipping and handling fees are not included in the grand total price.
All shipments may be returned, at subscribers' expense, for full credit of the Price within 30 days of receipt.
Shipments may not be returned, and no credits will be issued, more than 30 days after receipt.
After the Order Window, subscribers will receive notice of Updates along with the then-current grand total price and order process as Updates become available. Subscribers will only be shipped those Updates they specifically request.

John G. DiPiano
John G. DiPiano is a principal and founding partner of DiPiano Godson LLP. Attorney DiPiano concentrates his practice in civil litigation, with a focus on family law and probate litigation. He is an experienced trial attorney who has been practicing since 1995. Attorney DiPiano is a 1988 Graduate of the University of Massachusetts, magna cum laude, where he had a dual major in English and Philosophy. He is a 1995 graduate of the New England School of Law, cum laude. Prior to becoming a member of the Massachusetts and U.S. District Court bars, Attorney DiPiano worked for the United States Department of Labor and was hired through the Outstanding Scholar Program. He then worked for Esdaile, Barett and Esdaile as a law clerk while attending law school. After graduating from law school, Attorney DiPiano was employed as counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Division and then went on to private practice with Rosenblum & Studen, P.C. His practice group merged with Lane Altman & Owens, LLP, and thereafter he established his own practice. Attorney DiPiano was named a “Rising Star,” one of Boston’s “Top Up and Coming Young Lawyers” by Boston Magazine in 2006. The designation is determined by other “Super Lawyers” who peer nominate for the honor. Attorney DiPiano is a member of the University of Massachusetts Club, Massachusetts Bar Association, Justinian Law Society, and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
Lloyd D. Godson
Lloyd D. Godson is a principal and founding partner of DiPiano Godson LLP. Attorney Godson’s practice includes extensive experience in custody, removal, international child custody, Hague Convention, divorce, military divorce, property division, complex property division and asset protection and maximization. Attorney Godson serves as a panel attorney for the United States State Department. Attorney Godson served as President of the Middlesex County Bar Association from January 2010 through January 2012, through which he served as a Delegate to the Massachusetts Bar Association House of Delegates. He was formerly President Elect, Secretary and Council Member to the Middlesex County Bar Association. Attorney Godson is also a conciliator through the Middlesex County conciliation program, a pro bono service funded through the Massachusetts Bar Foundation designed to bring resolution to family law matters through mediation. Attorney Godson is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Foundation, Middlesex County Bar Association, and serves on the Massachusetts Bar Association Family Law Section Council. Attorney Godson also travels to international conferences with the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Commission on Couple and Family Relations. Attorney Godson was admitted to the bar in Massachusetts in 1992, in the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts in 1993, and the United States Supreme Court in 2004. He received his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1992.
