Andrew G. Jack is a Partner with Jones Day in Columbus, Ohio. He is a health care and life sciences transactional and regulatory lawyer with significant experience in health care M&A and affiliation transactions, cutting-edge integration and alignment strategies, distressed hospital and hospital closure matters, life sciences and clinical research matters, and value-based care models.
