EEOC Issues Final Rule to Increase Federal Agency Employment of Disabled Employees
In an effort to increase the employment of individuals with disabilities by federal agencies, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") issued final regulations on January 3, 2017, requiring all federal agencies to set benchmarks for the employment of the disabled and to institute support services for disabled workers.
