Our 30-Day Guarantee and Return Policy is our commitment to you.
Your total satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you need to cancel your subscription, simply call Customer Support at 800.833.9844 (8 A.M. - 8 P.M. ET, Monday through Friday), email us at SubscriptionSpecialist@lexisnexis.com, or by returning an invoice or notification marked “CANCEL.”
All products may be returned within 30 days:
- Service subscribers have 30 days from invoice date in which they may cancel their subscription. Any shipments received during this time must be returned within the 30 days, at your expense, for full credit of the advertised price, less shipping and handling fees and any other discount credits. All returns must be returned unused in the same condition as received. If you cancel a Service Title between 31 and 60 days after the invoice date and ship back to us any products received during this time, you will receive a 5/6 credit of the price for the annual subscription less shipping and handling fees and any other discount credits. No credit will be given for cancels / returns made more than 60 days after the invoice date.
- Non-Service Subscriptions may be returned at your expense within 30 days of receipt, you will receive full credit for the purchase price less shipping and handling and any other discount credits. No credit will be given for returns more than 30 days after shipment. Return of a shipment, other than the initial purchase, will not cancel your subscription. All returns must be returned unused in the same condition as received.
All eBook and CD sales are final. They are nonreturnable. Customer may not cancel current subscription, but may request a cancellation at the end of the current subscription period.
When returning materials, please include a copy of the invoice and packing slip with the shipment. We reserve the right to refuse material returned later than 60 days after the date of invoice. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. To speed up processing, you may return publications directly to:

Effective August 1, 2014, the New Policy for Legal Education Sales Bookstores shall be as follows:
Bookstores may return overstock of new, unmarked, and undamaged books in the original packaging within 12 months of the date of the original invoice or within 24 months of the date of the original invoice for Study Aids and receive 100% refund of the publication price. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return. Shipping and handling fees are not a part of the publication price, are not refundable, and additional shipping and handling fees must be paid on returns.
There are no returns accepted on eBooks and CD purchases.
