1.3 Discounts apply to a curated selection of legal, tax, finance, and academic titles.
 
2. Discount Eligibility & Limitations
2.1 Discounts apply only to selected print, eBook and Loose-leaf formats and are valid while stocks last.
2.2 The campaign excludes:
   - Selected new releases (as determined by LexisNexis)
   - Existing promotions or bundle offers
   - Subscription services and online formats unless explicitly included
2.3 Prices and discounts are subject to change without prior notice at LexisNexis’ discretion.
 
3. Stock & Availability
3.1 All orders are subject to the availability of stock.
3.2 LexisNexis reserves the right to withdraw any item from the promotion without prior notice.

 
4. Order Fulfilment
4.1 Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and customer location.
4.2 Orders will be processed in accordance with the general delivery terms set out in the LexisNexis Standard Terms & Conditions.

 
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Promotional items may only be returned in accordance with LexisNexis’ standard returns policy.
5.2 Refunds for returned sale items will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original retail price.
5.3 No returns will be accepted for imported publications as per general Ts & Cs.

 
6. Payment Terms
6.1 All purchases are subject to LexisNexis’ standard payment terms.
6.2 eStore discounts are only valid for fully paid orders received during the promotional period.
