The July 2026 Edition of Transfer and Bond Costs is the annual update of this publication. The need to notify customers both old and new about the annual update being available and to ensure that they are aware of the new Deeds Registry Fees, effective from 1 April 2026 including important information such as the cost of a supplementary report to the court made by a Registrar in terms of section 97 of the Act having been increased from R702.00 to R741.00. Conveyancing Fees effective from 1 July 2026 include R955 per investment, for any attendance on investments in trusts in terms of section 86(4) of the Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014.
