LexisNexis has the exclusive right from the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa NPC to publish the King V Report in an A4 format.
On 31 October 2025, the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA), together with the King Committee, launched King V, South Africa's latest and most progressive corporate governance framework. King V reflects significant developments in governance practices, regulation, sustainability, and stakeholder accountability since the release of King IV in 2016. The Report has been streamlined and modernised, consolidating the previous 17 principles into 13 outcome-based principles, supported by updated recommended practices and a dedicated, standardised disclosure framework to enhance consistency, transparency, and comparability of governance reporting.
An essential resource for directors, executives, governance professionals, legal advisers, and compliance practitioners.
