This publication is designed for both importers and exporters, with the aim of making clearing and forwarding easier for subscribers. The publication contains an extensive list of prohibited and restricted goods and states the port authorities which have implemented the restrictions. The publication also details the actions required for import or export of prohibited and restricted items. The publication includes samples of all the prescribed forms together with a comprehensive index of the forms for ease of reference. In particular it includes a manual on the completion of SAD declarations which offers a step by step guide on how to complete the bill of entry forms, outlining the requirements and procedures that need to be followed. In addition we have included the Customs & Excise Rules, which provide information on the restrictions which govern the Act.
