It covers all the cases reported in the SA Law Reports and Butterworths Constitutional Law Reports.
The TABLE OF CASES section contains a list of all the cases covered in the work. They are listed alphabetically according to the name of the first party on each opposing side, together with the references to their reports.
The NOTER-UP section contains an alphabetical list of names of all reported cases (with references) mentioned in the cases covered.
The TABLE OF STATUTES section lists the statutory provisions that have been referred to in the cases covered.
The HUMAN RIGHTS INSTRUMENTS section lists those sections or articles of Human Rights instruments that have been mentioned in the cases covered.
The RULES OF COURT section lists those rules which have been mentioned in the cases covered.
The WORDS AND PHRASES section lists the words and phrases which have received consideration in the cases covered. The list is arranged alphabetically according to the principal word in the phrase.
The CROSS REFERENCE TABLES enable the user to ascertain the SALR reference (if any) corresponding to the BCLR reference shown, and vice versa.
