The mandatory 3 poster set includes the up-to-date and incorporated text of the following Acts

Basic Conditions of Employment Poster 75 of 1997: Section 30 of the Act requires all employers to display the employees' rights in the workplace

Employment Equity Poster 55 of 1998: Section 25(1) of the Act requires employers to display a summary of the Act

Occupational Health and Safety Poster: Employers with five or more persons in their employment must have a copy of the Act readily available at the workplace
