Shafeek M. Seddiq is the founder and principal attorney of Seddiq Law Firm, PLLC, serving clients throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. His practice focuses on estate planning, business law, real estate matters, and healthcare regulatory counsel, with a reputation for providing practical, client-centered guidance tailored to each individual’s needs. Before establishing his firm, Mr. Seddiq worked at a major Washington, D.C. law firm and later spent nearly a decade in Afghanistan supporting rule of law, anti-corruption, and institutional development initiatives during the civilian surge. He is also known for helping families incorporate Islamic inheritance principles into estate plans consistent with U.S. law. A graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he earned his J.D., cum laude, Mr. Seddiq is fluent in Pashtu and Dari and remains deeply committed to family, community service, and long-term planning for future generations.
