Randall Bunnell graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University in 1974, with a bachelor's of science degree in psychology, and a minor in philosophy. He then attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and graduated cum laude in 1977 with his Juris Doctorate degree.
After law school, Randall practiced law as a general practitioner and later worked for an auto insurance company as a bodily injury claims representative, and after, entered the private practice of law as a personal injury attorney. He currently handles car accident, truck accident, negligence injury, and wrongful death cases for Gregory Swapp, PLLC.
Randall is the author of "Passenger Negligence: Utah Law on Comparative Negligence, Liability, and Insurance Coverage for Motor Vehicle Passengers" (Utah Trial Journal, Utah Trial Lawyers Association, Spring 2006). He has also authored "Auto Accidents Involving Minors: Applicable Standards of Care" (Utah Trial Journal, Utah Trial Lawyers Association, Summer 2006) and "Negligent Entrustment and 'Key-Left-in-the-Ignition': Bases for Auto Owner Non-Imputed Liability in Utah," (Utah Trial Journal, Utah Trial Lawyers Association, Winter 2007).
Randall is an active member of five bar associations: Utah, Washington, New Mexico, Colorado, and Idaho. During his legal career, Randall has provided pro bono legal advice for senior citizens.
His personal interests include the symphony, opera, ballet, quantum and astrophysics, and walking. His passion is crooner style solo vocal performance at numerous local venues.
