Tennessee Civil Procedure

Robert Banks, Jr. is a Professors of Law at the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. From 1984 to present, Professor Banks has served as a consultant to the Tennessee Supreme Court Commission on Civil Rules. He has published numerous articles on various aspects of the law and, from 1975 - 1980, served as Associate Editor for the ABA's Litigation magazine.

June F. Entman is a Professor of Law at the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Professor Entman has been teaching civil procedure and evidence since 1984 and has authored numerous articles on these and other topics.
